    At Thai Fresh, chef Jam Sanitchat uses as many local ingredients as possible. This chicken and cilantro dish is a case in point. Jam uses Buddy's Natural Chicken to create a fresh-tasting chicken and rice dish, punctuated by cilantro from the Austin Farmer's Market. This plate pairs beautifully with Jam's green curry.
