freakin. awesome. As you can see, I so enjoyed this dish that I didn't even think to take a photo until it was almost gone! I ordered this from the happy hour menu -- at $4, it's practically a steal! On Saturday afternoon, it was loaded with huge chunks of bacon and mushrooms; on a Friday in the early evening, it was not so much loaded down. But the cheese was creamy and delicious -- by far, the *only* mac and cheese that I have ordered *anywhere,* and which I've actually enjoyed (and not been saddened it was a waste of money) -- seriously, delicious. (Sidenote: fried mac n cheese at Pluckers is not in this comparison, bc that's a whole nother story).
