Curra's has one of my favorite bowls of queso in Austin. The consistency is just right, not too thick and not watery at all - this is really important so that every dip of the chip can scoop a good amount without crumbling. Flavor-wise there is just enough chopped peppers to really brighten the taste and give it a tiny tiny kick. It's really hard to get enough of this queso!
