The tea leaf salad is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to Green Elephant Gourmet. Its mixed with crispy shredded lettuce, fermented tea leafs which gives it its pungent flavor, peanuts, and fried garlic. Its made at the table and is one of my favorite salads in the south bay.
