I've had a lot of queso in my day and this queso may very well be the best. Many quesos taste like cheese and nothing else, even though you know there should be additional flavors because there are other things in the queso. No so with this queso. It is beautifully balanced and the green chili flavor really stands out in every bite. The cheese is creamy and coats the chip well. I bet this would be great with tortillas or even fries. If you live in Austin and like queso, you must try this one.
