Every element adds a spicy sensation to this sandwich. With each bite, your tongue is tickled with a spicy flare. Carefully made with cajun turkey, with it's own unique fiery taste, jalapenos and pepper jack cheese also add to the picante flavor. My favorite component was the jalapenos spread, which seems to be mayo based but with a zesty jalapeno pungency. This is a fresh, well thought out, sandwich.
