Rachid Moussaid has created a "Little Morcco" in Austin - and this dish has my favorite Meditteranean samplers on it, done perfectly. There's a stack of fresh warm pitas, cut into quarters - sitting on top of two dark, golden balls of falafel. The inside of the falafel's are a gorgeous green, and they taste so nutty good. Topped with some incredible garlic hummus and then occasionally enhanced by a bit of tabouleh and kibbeh, my tongue jumps out of my mouth just thinking about it. The hot, slightly sweet mint tea is delicious too.
