Simplicity is Restaurant Jezebel's little Austin-y cousin of a wine bar. But with the SAME amazing olives as the fancier Congress location. I have no idea what's in this secret concoction, but the olives are served warm and have sweet balsamic, coriander and rosemary notes. Not salty or briney as normal olives. I crave them and am so glad they are more accessible at this cute bar. All plates are composted and you eat with a tiny toothpick or spoon but it's more about the drinking than the dining at this place.
