It's just crust, red sauce and olive oil. It's just crust, red sauce and olive oil. Keep telling yourself that, and you still won't believe how good this pizza is. Simple, crispy - I think the crust actually cracked out like shards of glass at one point - utterly light, and yet filling. Their wood burning stove produces miracles. Toppings would be a nuisance. I still cannot believe how thin the layer of sauce looks compared to how huge it tastes. I crave this pizza.
