This queso is consistently delicious. The texture is smooth, and it has an appealing color. It takes a while for this queso to congeal and thicken, so you can enjoy it, without having to rush through the bowl, and eat like a pig. Beautiful combination with Z-Tejas' delicious chips and salsa, although I think they changed the salsa recipe a touch. Not as unique as it used to be.
