All my Viet pals concur - this is the best pho to be found in Austin. It's fragrant, it's neither too sweet or too salty, and the sides of basil, cilantro, lime, jalapeno and bean sprouts are always incredibly fresh and clean. I have it from "inside sources" that they fly in the rice noodles in the pho from California fresh - thereby explaining the unique squareness of the noodles themselves and why they come nicely balled up in the steaming pho.
