I definitely love the al pastor too, though sometimes I take issue with the pineapple - it's a great flavor, pineapple, but when it occasionally overpowers the mild richness of the pastor I can get annoyed. 9 times out of 10 that isn't the case though, and Curra's is the only pineapple version I always seem to enjoy.

After living in mexico and tasting all the authentic food from below the border makes a person very picky when it comes to "Mexican" food. Living in texas adds a level of frustration, but a there is a bright light of achievement in Austin. Curra's "Tacos al Pastor" is the closest you can come to the real thing. If you live in texas and want real "Mexican" food stop at Curra's Grill. By the way, this is not "TEX-MEX".
