All of Two Amy's pizzas are made in a open wood-burning oven, but their Santa Brigida pizza is by far my favorite. Topped with fresh baby arugula, cherry tomatoes and fresh mozzerella, this pizza tastes fresh and light, while at the same time entirely satisfying. I no longer live in DC, but will certain to re-visit Two Amy's the next time I visit.
