My goodness, this stuff is the real deal...It's better than mom's, and since she grew up in cajun country, thats saying something. The menu simply lists it as Chicken (quite tender) and Andouille Sausage (melts in your mouth) in a spicy Creole sauce. This dish brings the heat without being too overwhelming. It's spicy enough to make you break a sweat, but it's not quite to the point of pain. It's too bad that I'm not in Austin often enough to try everything else, but next time I'm there, I think I'll try the Crawfish Etouffee.
