There are alot of variations on this dish across the country, but none can beat this slice fit for two. Over a thin crisp crust is layered a thick custard that is topped with a thick layer of crumbled peanut butter and sugar mixture. Atop all of this is a perfectly whipped cream. Perfect with coffee.
