This is one of my favourite dishes but a tasty, simple serving of it is hard to find. A lot of the "new and trendy" Irish Pubs are trying to make this meal posher than it is. At the "Squealing Pig" you get a good sized serving in a stoneware bowl with bread and it is just perfect. You taste the beer gravy, the meat and potatoes are done just right. Excellent dish.
