For my money, this is the best taco in Austin. Bold statement, right? There's no shortage of tacos in this town. And I'm willing to admit that it might only be the best taco for my particular pickiness, but hey, there's got to be others like me, right? Okay, why is it so good? First and way foremost, the whitest white meat chicken I've ever encountered in a taco. No mystery meat, no gnarl. Ever. Second, a mysterious, delicious, cheesy, saucy substance coating each chunk of the whitest white meat I've ever encountered in a taco. There's also green peppers, which are great, and onions, which I ask them to leave off. I've never tried anything else on the menu because of the magnitude of the greatness of these tacos. Except for the breakfast tacos. I'll have to review those next. They use mashers for the potatoes. Brilliant.
