The best thing about Zocalo's chicken flautas is that they offer exactly the right ratio of chicken to tortilla. And this is no ordinary white meat chicken. The meat has been slow-cooked in green chiles, then mixed with jack cheese and green onions. A tangy verde sauce is the perfect compliment to the crunchy fried corn tortilla shells, and a generous serving of black beans sprinkled with queso fresco finishes off the plate.
