
This dish is a must-have if you're at TSR in LA or San Francisco. I've had it at both, and it's fantastic. The LA location is colorful and reminds me of being at Disneyland. The SF location decor is less flamboyant but no less interesting.
Bagna Calda is an appetizer of roasted garlic cloves that are so tender you can easily spread them on focaccia. Brought to the table in an iron skillet comes that keeps this dish warm throughout the meal. This is garlic lovers heaven.
