i think that is how its spelled...but either way, this stuff is FRESH. i thought, while eating this , "yeahhhhhhh parsley". some would critique this as not having enough bulgar, but i liked the heavy emphasis on the other qualities- tomatoes, thin-sliced onions , light olive oil and spices. i actually liked the longer cut style of parsley but my friend did not.
