This is a good sandwich, but my FAVORITE pimiento cheese is Pam's Pimiento from Central Market's salad bar. It is the best I've ever had (sorry Mom!)

An excellent grilled cheese if I ever had one. Laura's description is right on--from the ingredients to the yummy flavor. I will definitely be back for this sandwich.

Get ready for old-fashioned delights at the Counter Cafe. The pimiento cheese sandwich is a beautiful example. The southern cheese mixture is made fresh daily, and has the perfect amount of bite from the tangy red pimientos. Served on wheat bread with thinly sliced tomato and crunchy red onion, this popular lunch item is bound to enamor. Your choice of fries, fruit or salad with your sammy. The salad, with its lovely lemon citronette, is surprisingly pleasing.
