The name of this dish probably will not make your mouth water, but once you try them your mouth will be craving this delicious appetizer forever. You get three "planks" of chickpea heaven. The outside is perfectly crisp while the inside is smooth and delicious. They are served with allioli (garlic mayo, Spanish style) on the plate, but I prefer them plain while my eating companion can't get enough of the allioli.
