(Critics) The “Screaming Orgasm” ($13), a moan-worthy sashimi salad of clean-tasting yellowtail, shredded daikon radish, and a spicy, creamy ponzu dressing. This restaurant is a hidden gem--the chefs actually cooked at Nobu in Vegas. Sin City's loss is Austin's gain.

(Critics) I agree with all. This is one of the best sashimi dishes I've ever had. The sauce is flavorful and the fish is fresh. You'll be craving this one after you've tried it.
Update: On a recent visit they were serving this dish with salmon instead of tuna. It was just as good as the tuna version.
