From the menu: "Succulent, fresh duck from Maple Leaf Farms with a fragrant skin spiced with cinnamon and star anise. Accompanied by six small steamed buns, Sichuan peppercorn salt and sweet plum sauce."
If that doesn't get you drooling, I don't know what will. Note that this is a busy, popular place so the service may be slow. But at least the decor and ambiance is stylish so you will look good while you are waiting.
