I have to disagree with the prior review of the queso at Torchy's. I love queso- I order it everywhere- and I can say from experience that this is some of the most unique stuff I've had. The queso comes topped with quacamole, cilanto, and the fabulous diablo sauce. If you don't care for spice and stong flavors you may not like it- but it was right up my alley. I did notice the chips were slightly greasy, but not as much as I have encountered at countless other places in town. It didn't make my hands greasy.

I'm sad to say there's nothing special about this queso. It's okay, but it's definitely something you can avoid ordering once you've had it. The cheese is lumpy and the green chili is barely noticeable. The avocado in the bottom was a nice touch, but didn't make the dip come together. The worst part? The chips. They are some of the greasiest in Austin. They were also over-salted.
