
This is our family's top-rated dish at Madam Mam's! It has a broad appeal for all palates, flavorful but with no heat so it was my 2 yr old niece's introductory Thai dish. Five years later and she craves it frequently, as do I! I best enjoy it with the rice vermicelli noodles and chicken, which balances nicely with the fried egg, broccoli, and tasty "special" soy sauce mixture. I'm not a big fan of standard soy sauce (unless it's with my sushi), but Madame Mam's sauces are a delightful exception. NO MSG used in their cooking!
