This has replaced the mimosa as my favorite Sunday morning brunch drink. The sugar around the rim of the glass is such a nice touch. Try it with the Eggs Benedict for a great start to a weekend morning.

    This is a great review!

This is like the Goldilocks drink. When you don’t want something too heavy, too sweet, too fruity, too anything, get a Pom Secco. It’s juuuust right. A great mix of pomegranate juice and Prosecco sparkling wine. The rim is lightly frosted with sugar. It is fresh and delicious. It has just the right amount of alcohol for me to drink with a meal. I typically don't drink sparkling wine, but this makes it work for me. I'm definitely going to start stocking these ingredients to replicate at home.
