I get cravings for migas at South Congress Cafe at least once a month. They are the best I've had. The eggs are always scrambled to perfection and there's plenty of "stuff" in them: tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, cheese, and tortillas. I've often wondered if they use queso in addition to the shredded cheeses, but I've yet to ask. Whatever they do, they do it right! The cheese is what keeps me coming back. To top it off you get a delicious side of refried black beans and a smoked gouda potato pancake with sour cream on top. Both are delicious!
