    This dish is currently my favorite item on the menu at Jeffrey's. I absolutely love the combination of creme fraiche and scallops. The touch of caviar adds flavor and texture to the plate. Even when it's not on the menu, we have diners who place "special requests" for it - the carpaccio is quite a favorite.
