I'm a lover of the carne guisada, and in a town like Austin, there is a wide variety of implementations. One of my very favorites is at the little taco window on E. Manor, Alayna's.
Their carne guisada is amazingly tender, and the gravy is so rich. The tortillas are perfectly grilled up, and it's just an amazing overall taco experience.1 member says this review is right on. This is a great review!
