I love eggs benedict. I love green chilis. I love tomatillos. So you can imagine that I love this dish. Great Tex Mex twist on an old breakfast fav--although they do serve this one around the clock so you can order it any time. Not spicy (I would actually consider a little more spice an improvement) and served over a delicious english muffin drowned in traditional hollandaise plus the added tomatillo & green chili flavor. Tasty.
