This Indonesian dish (and restaurant) is something really special. I've been to Thailand and I go to Java Noodles for memories of the savory food of the region. With the Kalio dish you can dive into a savory, creamy, spicy soup that's loaded with green beans, basil and protein (of your choice). It's served with a side of steamed rice. Check it out, it's consistently delicious!
And, have some hot ginger tea, too.
