This sausage pizza is thin, cheesy and covered with chunks of . The crust started out crispy, but the humidity from the pizza tray wilted most every slice. The edges of the crust were slightly on the burnt side. A single person could easily have 6 of the 8 slices for a meal, even though I had 7 (If I had had 8, my wife would have put me in the corner). A good dish overall, but Enoteca probably has better.
