This is some badass soup. You just have to try it to believe it. Tangy and addictive. Just don't make the same mistake I did. Maybe she was having a bad night. Maybe she'd heard it before. Maybe she was just playing hard to get. In any case, when she offered me the Mexican Lime Soup with my entree I shot back something about the only mexican lime soup I wanted had tequila, ice and a salted rim. I followed that up with a trademark Billy wink and smile. (By the way, Crest Whitening Strips are awesome. They're not food, but they go great with a tan.) She said this one had cilantro, chicken and lime juice. Kind of like chicken soup but better. And that she was 17. And that cops eat here all the time. Good soup.
