This is one of those dishes that I order over and over again and have never had a bad experience. The dish is served in a bowl and has rigatoni, perfectly seasoned pork meatballs, pecorino romano, mozzarella, and arrabbiata--which has the perfect amount of garlic, in my opinion. (In plain-speak, arrabbiata is a sauce made with garlic, tomatoes, basil and red chili, cooked in olive oil.) You also get a delicious piece of garlic bread with your order. So good! I encourage you to try to eat only about 2/3 of it so you won't feel stuffed for the rest of the night. However, the real reason I don't polish it off is so I can have leftovers for lunch the next day.
