Honga's Lotus Petal started out years ago as a push cart roving Main Street, Telluride and has evolved into a lovely, extremely popular multi-level prime location at the foot of the most beautiful mountain you'll ever ski. The menu is filled with mouth-watering Pan-Asian fare, but I like the sushi rolls the best. And the Crunchy Shrimp Roll with shrimp, tempura & tobikko is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The blend of cold, smooth, salty, crunch leaves you wanting to try all the other Crunchy rolls (Spicy Shrimp, Spicy Tuna, and Spicy Crab and Avocado) and everything else, too.
