This is the absolute best way to experience French toast. Brioche is quite possibly the best bread selection for this dish, next to using cake. They soak the brioche in a creamy egg and cinnamon mixture, toast it up and then top it with sometimes ice cream and sometimes strawberry butter. Either way it is Amazing! This is one of their Sunday brunch items.
