Dhaba Joy is a vegan bakery that also offers all organic espresso drinks. I was a little skeptical at first. I mean, a vegan chocolate Oreo cupcake? But I've got to tell you, they pull it off with flying colors. I couldn't get enough of this cupcake - moist and light with a rich chocolate flavor. The best thing about the cupcake is the icing. (How do they make it so creamy without using any dairy?) I love how it was studded with bits of mint Oreo shards. Even if you're not a vegan, I recommend checking out Dhaba Joy. It is definitely worth a look-see.
