This is the best Spinach Artichoke dip i've ever had. It's a blend of spinach and artichoke hearts (obviously), but seems to be binded by a monterrey jack bechamel sauce instead of the standard mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese base. simply outstanding, kudos to your ingenuity. It's served with your choice of tortilla chips and/or focaccia bread wedges. the focaccia bread wedges make for difficult eating, but definitely makes this appetizer completely filling (in case you're not planning on sharing)... and for this dish, i'm not always willing to share...
