I give this one a big thumbs up. The lentil crepe is so crisp and light. Just perfect for the heavier potato curry filling. So good.

The potato filled Masala Dosa at Sarovar is scrumptious! As you know the key to a great dosa is the sauce that goes with it, so half the credit for the rating goes to the great sauces at Sarovar. Enjoy this starter with a sweet Mango Lassie or an ice cold Kingfisher as you await your main meal.
