This is a tender, lightly breaded pork loin sautéed on the grill and topped
with lemon. The flavor is right-on. The breading is not heavy and not at all greasy. The light lemon flavor goes perfectly with the grilled pork. I could easily cut this thing with a fork. I will admit I felt like I should be dipping it in some sort of lemon caper butter sauce because it comes out dry. I opted for ketchup which was actually quite delicious. Does that make me sound like an 8 year old? Well, this is a delicious Wienerschnitzel and one I will definitely be returning for. If you choose the red cabbage or the sauerkraut as a side, be warned that they are very, very vinegar-y and acidic. Too much for my preference. Finally, if you are looking for a sandwich, Scholz's has great bread you can use to stick your fried pork loin between.
