Hiro Sushi has the best sushi in the Northern Nevada/California Border area. In fact, it is almost impossible to find better a better sushi experience anywhere, and I have sampled several sushi resturants in my time. The resturant offers an all-you-can-eat menu along with an ala-carte menu and great happy hour specials. The allure of the resturant, besides the fresh fish and the special homemade sauces and salad dressings is the charm and wit of the sushi chefs, starting with the owner Hiroshi Hiakawa (Hiro Sushi) and continuing through the entire staff (including the dishwashers!). Oh, the dish, the "Bob" roll. This is a cut roll (5 pieces) with calamari in the middle and unagi and avacado on top and dripping with teriyaki sauce. This is my favorite roll, but there are several others worthy of note. The King Kong Roll, the Crystal Bay Shrimp Roll, The halibut and shrimp roll (House #2) and many others. Overall I would rate the whole experience a 10!
