Shrimps are one of my favorite seafood items. Whenever I go to any Restaurant where seafood is available, the first thing I check out is the shrimp dishes and ask the chef about their specialty. The other day when I visited Fonda San Miguel in Austin, I found this dish. I enquired about it with the chef and ordered one. I was so carried away by its garlic sauce that I just fell in love with it. It's a very very simple but extremely tastiest shrimp dish I have ever tasted. Now I am a regular to Fonda San Miguel whenever it visit Austin.
