TRIO has the best Banana Pancakes anywhere. Thick and fluffy, they're a delight especially when paired with Caramel Mascarpone and Maple Syrup -- heavenly.

Think beef Tex-Mex enchilada, a cheese Ranchero enchilada, a chicken tomatillo enchilada, a crispy taco, and to top it all off: chile con queso. Chuys has a great relaxed atmosphere and consistent food.

This hot and crunchy ruby trout is served with shrimp and avocado atop a mango jalapeño aioli. It's topped with ancho sauce, and served next to roasted garlic red pepper flan.
Hudson's has been my wife's and my anniversary spot for the past 20 years...both the restaurant and my marriage just keep getting better!
