Wow! I can't believe nobody has written about this dish. It's the Best crawfish in Houston. The even won the award from Citysearch.com. The seasoning is all the way through to the meat, not just sprinkled on the outside. Best I've had since leaving New Orleans. Yum, getting hungry thinking about it. Yes, it's in Pearland but definitely worth the trip. Tuesdays they have a huge special. Make the trip, you will be happy you did.
