I love Caesar salads, and I have tried them just about all over the city: Vespaio has the best, in my book. The lettuce is always crisp, with not one less-than-desirable leaf, the dressing is perfectly rich and tangy, the croutons are fabulous, and they serve it up with shaved parmesean and anchovies. Yum!
