Peach Cobbler at Underwood's Cafeteria

This peach cobbler, in my opinion, is the best thing after home cooking. I have tasted this dish from different places in Texas and a few other states, but by far this is the best cobbler that I have ever tasted! The topping is light and a little flaky. Underwoods puts a lot of peaches in the middle portion with the right amount of sweetness to the juice. The bottom has the dough too. When you bite into the cobbler, the sweet taste of sugar, cinnamon and peaches fills your mouth and it tastes like a little bit of heaven. I always get mine a-la-mode. When I am finished eating there, I ask for some to take on the road.
