Possibly my all-time favorite pasta dish. The Swingiside is nominally Italian in style, but it's really just comfort food. The Aglio y Olio is pretty much their signature dish, and it shows. Spicy and filling, the garlic is by no means overwhelming, and is actually very balanced. If you're lucky, Brad (the owner/chef) will be offering it with optional seafood. With crab or Arctic Char added, it's really amazing.
