Hold the phone! This is the ultimate southern comfort food (next to mac & cheese and fried chicken) and Rudy's has the absolute BEST. Thick and creamy, it's not light, but it's luscious!

I only tried it because my hubby ordered it - turkey is usually too dry in BBQ restaurants. I was very pleasantly surprised - the peppery exterior, balanced smoke and tender texture is perfection. Hmm - maybe I'll order some for Thanksgiving...

This is my favorite salad of all time, especially paired with the grilled salmon. The peppery arugula is tossed in the freshest, brightest lemon vinegrette with ultra-fresh goat cheese, jicama, and edamame for some crunch. Yum.

Disappointing for my first visit... The presentation was nice and the seafood was very fresh, but outside of the chorizo, was virtually flavorless. I feel strongly they should use saffron in their chicken broth - it would make all of the difference for the Dishola.
