
I'm a 3rd Generation Chinese Canadian, and lived in Vancouver all my life (though I've traveled to about 26 countries). As an immigration lawyer and entrepreneur, I'm fascinated by new ideas and concepts that we can bring to Canada. In Vancouver, we are blessed with great cuisines; I love Chinese, Singaporean, Japanese, French, Italian, Indian, and good steak! We have lots of fresh local seafood, including salmon, halibut, crab, clams, cod, and many others. For Asians, "fresh seafood" usually means it is swimming in a tank when you order it! Whether it is Alaska King Crab steamed with Garlic sauce, to live Spot Prawn Sashimi, Vancouver is really a seafood lover's paradise!
